Ultimate Rath was a attempt to evolve Rath in a Ben 10: Ultimate Alien comic called in the "Cartoon Network Action Pack #57".

- When asked about Ultimate Rath, Eugene said "In the Cartoon Network Action Pack #57 comic, I wrote a joke where Rath gets angry because there's no Ultimate Rath. However, the printer printed the pages out of order, so the joke got completely mangled and makes no sense. That's the only reference to Ultimate Rath. No plans at the moment for an Ultimate Rath, but things could always change."
- Fans do actually want a Ultimate Rath.
